Return & Exchange Policy - Nishat UAE

Nishat UAE strictly adheres to the terms and conditions outlined below. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

At Nishat UAE, we are dedicated to delivering a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience to our customers. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

·       Customers can exchange items purchased from Nishat outlets or the online store once, within 14 days from the order date.

·       Exchanges are allowed only within the same category and are subject to stock availability.

·       If the desired item is unavailable, a coupon of equal value will be issued.

·       Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products must be:

·       Unused and unwashed

·       In original condition

·       With price tags intact

·       Accompanied by the original invoice

·       All returned items are inspected by the Nishat UAE Online Warehouse Quality Control team.

·       Items that are used, washed, damaged, mishandled, or not in original condition will not be accepted.

Nishat UAE reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if care instructions are not followed.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Share your Order ID and the reason for the exchange or return.

·       Return & Exchange Shipping Charges

·       Nishat UAE will bear shipping costs only in case of:

·       Damaged items

·       Incorrect items

·       Incomplete orders

·       For all other returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

Refund Policy

·       Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases.

·       Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds.

·       In exceptional COD cases, a coupon of equal value will be issued if the item is unavailable.

Coupons

·       Valid for 7 days

·       Redeemable only on the Nishat UAE E-Store

·       For paid orders, refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

·       Refunds may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account.

·       Sale items are non-refundable. 

Return Procedure

Inform Customer Services via phone or email with:

·       Order ID

·       Reason for return

·       Return items in their original packaging.

·       All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

·       Items not meeting the return conditions will not be accepted.

Damaged or Opened Parcels

·       Customers are advised not to accept parcels that are damaged or have broken seals.

·       If an item is damaged or missing, contact Customer Services immediately upon delivery.

Cities Without a Nishat Outlet

Customers residing in cities without a Nishat outlet should email:

Shipping Policy – Nishat UAE

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of AED 9 applies to all orders within the UAE.

Nishat UAE will cover shipping costs if:

·       The order is damaged

·       Incorrect

·       Incomplete

·       Customers will bear shipping costs for:

·       Returns

·       Exchanges (non-store error cases)

Delivery Time

·       Delivery time may vary depending on location.

·       Exchange deliveries may take additional time based on availability and logistics.

 Lost Shipment Policy

Nishat UAE maintains shipment records with its courier partners from dispatch to delivery.
