Return and Exchange Policy
Nishat UAE strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for return and exchange. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their Product (s) purchases made online, under the following terms and conditions;
The customers are requested to please do not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
The customers can exchange articles from the Nishat outlet & Online Store one time only within 14 days from the date of order placed within the same category. For exchange & returns you will be required to inform our customer services department (by calling 0097152 8250956 and/or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org) with the order id stating the exchange case. The products must be in their original condition unused with a price label attached along with the invoice. Nishat will not accept the return and exchange where proper care instructions are not being followed. Kindly note NL UAE e-store will bear all the shipment costs if NL UAE e-store provided damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, otherwise the customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.
We do not offer a cash refund, instead, a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value to E-Store customers only, if the customer’s required article is not available in stocks. The coupon will be valid for 7 days & redeemable on E-Store only.
If Nishat outlet is not available in your city then email us at email@example.com along with the order id stating the exchange case. If the product is damaged / missing please call us immediately at 0097152 8250956 after receiving the parcel.
Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock & on non availability of stock, Nishat will issue a coupon for the same amount. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our NL Online warehouse. If the NL quality control team finds that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original condition then we will not be able to consider the return and exchange.
If you choose to Return the order, you will be required to inform our customer services department (by calling 0097152 8250956 and/or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org). Kindly clearly mention why you would like to return your order. Please return the item(s) in their original packing. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our Nishat UAE Online warehouse. If the NL UAE quality team find that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in their original state then we will not be able to consider the return.

- All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- After the sale is over, the sale items will be exchanged by the current prices available in system.
*Accessories and discounted Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Section 2: Refund policy
We do refund in exceptional cases and currently, we do not support a refund policy for cash on delivery (COD) orders. The refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period please check your bank account. It may take some time before the refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 3: Shipping
Standard Shipping 9 AED will apply on all UAE orders and Free shipping for GCC countries on orders equal to and above AED 299.
Kindly note Nishat UAE e-store will bear all the shipment costs if Nishat UAE e-store provides a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order. In other cases, the customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange. On return and exchange of your product, the customer should courier the product to the mentioned address: Nishat International FZE, Plot # mo0741, Jebel Ali, UAE mentioning the order number on the parcel. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
We keep a track record of our customer shipments from dispatch till delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee that the shipment will reach you.
