Return and Exchange Policy
NL UAE strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for return and exchange:
If you receive an order with item(s) that are not in their original condition (seal opened), defective/damaged or incorrect then you can return it to NL UAE within 7 days of the item(s) delivery. NL UAE e-Store will only accept return and exchange for purchase made from the NL UAE e-Store.
If you choose to return the order, you will be required to inform our customer services department (by calling 0097152 8250956 and/or by sending an e-mail to nishatgcconline@nishatmills.com). Kindly clearly mention why you would like to return your order. Please return the item(s) in their original packing.
Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our NL UAE Online warehouse. If the NL UAE quality team find that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in their original state then we will not be able to consider the return.
We offer customers the option of exchanging received items at their nearest store as well within 7 days of delivery with the supporting receipt.
